Fill a jar with fresh mint and cover with olive oil. Leave it 3 weeks in the sun and then place it in a bottle. During massage, this oil helps relieve muscle pain, rheumatism, sprains and nerves. It prepares and relaxes the body before and after exercise.

Benefits of essential peppermint oil

Putting two tablespoons of essential peppermint oil, three times a day, on a sugar pill or tablet that does not contain a medicine that helps digestion and fights nausea and stomach pain.

It is also useful in the case of motion sickness, when you place it directly on the tongue. In the case of migraine or sinusitis, massage the temples and the forehead (look out to the eyes) with two drops of essential mint oil. Foot massage at a point also helps relieve heat sensation. While placing three diluted points in a glass of lukewarm water to wash the mouth expels the foul odor.
