First:

Foods rich in vitamin B12. They are animal products, such as beef, fish, seafood, eggs and cheese.

Second:

Foods rich in iron as iron is very important in the production of red blood cells. They are: red meat, animal livers, lentils, raisins and grains of all kinds.

Foods rich in vitamin C, as vitamin C enhances the absorption of iron by the body.

They are: Broccoli, fruits such as kiwi, orange, guava, citrus, green peppers, fresh colored one, cabbage and others.

Vitamins are effective against the effects of (phytates) which are found in whole grains, nuts, barley, and oats, which limit the body’s absorption of iron and other minerals such as zinc and calcium.

Fourthly:

Foods rich in folic acid, a type of vitamin B that speeds up the division of red blood cells and facilitating the transport of oxygen.

It’s found in lentils, green beans, dark leafy vegetables, lemon juice, walnuts and animal livers.
