- Lunch

- Dinner
A quarter of grilled or boiled chicken + green salad + 4 tablespoons of spinach, beans or artichoke to include fibers and iron + 3 spoons of bran or 3 tablets of bread crumb

2 boiled eggs + green salad and you can add carrot on it + 3 spoons of bran or 3 tablets of bread crumb
Or
Grilled fish or tuna without oil + 3 tablespoons rice (preferably brown rice) + 3 spoons of bran or 3 tablets of bread crumb
The Third Day
- Breakfast
4 tablespoons of beans with lemon and cumin or 1 yogurt cup or 1 boiled egg + toast slice + coffee or milk tea with skimmed milk + 4 spoons of bran or 3 tablets of bread crumb
- Lunch
A dish of cooked vegetables without oil or margarine should be cooked with steam, and we can exchange the cooked vegetables with green salad+grilled fish or a tuna can without oil or a small grilled chicken without skin
- Dinner
1 cup of yogurt + 2 slices of toast + 3 spoons of bran or 3 tablets of bread crumb

The Fourth Day
- Breakfast
Slice of toast + 2 tablespoons honey + 3 spoons of branfor 3 tablets of bread crumb

One fruit (grape fruit or apple or orange or 2 dates) + 1 spoon of bran
- Lunch
Vegetables dish without margarine or oil or green salad + half chicken or two pieces of meat ( weighting a quarter kilo ) or five slices of smoked turkey + 2 spoons of bran or 2 tablets of bread crumb
- Between lunch and dinner
One fruit (grape fruit or apple or orange or two dates) + 1 spoon of bran
- Dinner
Same lunch meal
The Fifth Day
- Breakfast
Slice of toast + 2 table spoons honey or jam
Or
Slice toast + 5 table spoons no fat cheese or skimmed cheese
- Lunch
Boiled pasta any quantity (can add tomato paste) + green salad or boiled or steamed vegetables
Or
Boiled potatoes any quantity + green salad or boiled or steamed vegetables
Or
Boiled rice any quantity (we recommend you invest in an aroma cooker for rice to make cooking easier) + green salad or boiled or steamed vegetables
Take with lunch three glasses of water with two spoons of bran or 2 tablets of bread crumb
- Dinner
Take any amount of fruits except (mango, grape, fig) + three glasses of water with two spoons of bran or 2 tablets of bread crumb
The Sixth Day
- Breakfast
Apple fruit + cup of coffee or tea with skimmed milk
- Lunch
A quarter of grilled chicken or tuna without oil + four table spoons of rice or four table spoons of pasta + five table spoons of salad
- Dinner
Two boiled eggs + green salad
