The Mediterranean Sea diet is more effective to reduce symptoms of metabolic syndrome

Researchers at the University of Oregon’s Human Nutrition Program and the University of Ohio in the United States did a clinical blind trial during which the doctor or patient did not know who had taken illusive treatment.  The study included 20 participants, half (10 people) were metabolic.

The results of the tests have revealed that people with metabolic syndrome need about 30-50% more vitamin E than healthy people.

The study also showed that the level of vitamin E with people of this disease seems normal despite the fact that they lack this vitamin.

In fact, as this tiny nutrient is attracted to cholesterol and fat, it stays in the circulatory system at very high levels while its level is low in tissue.
