And maintains a stable level of suger in the body without expose it to rise or sudden fall.
THE BENEFICES OF LENTILS ” LENTIL SOUP “

LENTIL SOUP INGREDIENTS:
– 110 g of red lentils grindery.
– 2 finely chopped medium-sized onion.
– Bunch of green coriander.
– Veal with bones cut into small pièces.
– 2 carrots finely chopped.
– 2 potatoes finely chopped.
– Lemon juice.
– Black pepper.
– 1/2 glass of olive oil.
THE WAY TO PREPARE THE RECIPE:
We soak the lentils with boiling water and then we left it for 1 minute.
We redden the veal and the onion in olive oil until the color become pink.
We add 1 liter and half of water to the mixture,we live it in a calm fire until it boiling.
We take off the fat from the meat,we add the lentils,and we left all this ingrédients for one hour until that the lentils and meat matured.
put the mince vegetables in the pan and leave the mixture on fire until the vgetableS become mature and add water if it necessary.
Remove the meat from the pan and remove its bones,and grind the lentils mixture with a vagetables mill.
This dish is served hot and decorated with green coriander.
